Cependant, ces documents seront traduits en français ou en anglais sur demande d’une partie à l’instance ou si la Commission l’ordonne sur demande d’un membre du public. Les sentences arbitrales et décisions rendues à la suite d’une audience où les clients ont participé en anglais et en français seront rédigées dans les deux langues.
